Please read this agreement carefully before using the services offered by the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Academic Studies and Field Practices (IJMRASFP)

This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website at www.internationalpublishersijmrasfp.com (the “site”) and the data, products and services made available through the site or owned and operated by IJMRASFP or licensed by IJMRASFP or through a third party website) (collectively with IJMRASFP services) including but not limited to visiting or browsing the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you have no right to use the service.

User Representations: If you agree to these terms as an individual you represent and warrant that you are of the legal age to form a binding contract. If you agree to these terms on behalf of a business, group of people, organization, agency or institution (“an Organization”), you represent and agree that you have authority to bind the coauthors to this Agreement. If you provide us with any personal information, you consent to the use of that information in accordance with IJMRASFP Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms: The publication service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of the Terms of Use. You agree that all information you submit is truthful and original. IJMRASFP may, in its sole discretion, refuse to start a paper review, halt or cancel already initiated manuscript review processes to any person or group if it was discovered that any information submitted are misleading, and can lead to conflict of interest. IJMRASFP can change its eligibility criteria at any time. 

Modification of Terms of Use: IJMRASFP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the Terms of Use, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes. IJMRASFP may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Submissions: You may browse the website without submitting a manuscript or registering, however as a condition to using certain aspects of the service, you may be required to fill forms with IJMRASFP. You shall provide IJMRASFP with accurate, complete, and updated personal and manuscript information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of the review processes.

Third Party Sites: IJMRASFP may make the service available on or through other websites or resources on the Internet, and other websites or resources may contain links to the site. These other websites, resources are not under IJMRASFP control, and you acknowledge that IJMRASFP is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that IJMRASFP shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.

Termination: IJMRASFP may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your personal details, including User Submissions. If you wish to terminate already initiated peer review processes, you may do so by paying a termination fee of USD 13 ($13) payable to the Journal. 

Warranty Disclaimer:  IJMRASFP has no fiduciary duty to you. You shall exonerate IJMRASFP from all liability and will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the website or the service.

Fees and Payment: IJMRASFP reserves the right to require payment of fees for certain or all Services. You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the website in connection with any such services selected by you. The Journal reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, which will be posted on the website. Your use of the services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

Declarations: IJMRASFP shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, electronic or communications failure. The Terms of Use are personal to you, and are not assignable or transferable by you.

Reporting Copyright Infringements If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through the services infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the information to: reports@internationalpublishersijmrasfp.com
